For a lot of our regulars, this is the only place in town they can order sushi without a second thought. More than half the menu can be made gluten-free — from hibachi sauces to our gluten-free ginger dressing — and the whole team is trained to keep it that way.

Our story

A family kitchen in St. Johns since 2016

Jack & Nancy opened One Third Asian House to share the food they grew up loving — sushi, hibachi, Thai and Chinese, all under one roof. What started as a neighborhood spot has become a St. Johns favorite, with more than a thousand reviews from people who keep coming back.

Along the way, we became the place a lot of our neighbors trust for gluten-free dining — because when someone tells us it matters, we treat it like it matters. That care is the whole point.
